In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Flushing Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Kearsley Hornets.

With the win, Flushing advances its record to 15-18 on the season. The Raiders travel to Lapeer East (Lapeer, MI) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, October 20. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Hornets now sport a 4-14 record. They play next when they travel to Brandon for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 16. Kearsley will play a Blackhawks team coming off a 3-1 league win over Clio (Clio, MI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 12-13.
