The Gilford Golden Eagles prevailed the visiting Merrimack Valley The Pride volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Golden Eagles confront the Plymouth Bobcats (Plymouth, NH) in a Division II game, on Friday, October 17. Gilford will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record.
The The Pride (1-12) will now prepare for their game against Laconia (Laconia, NH). The Sachems enter the non-league bout with a 7-6 record. In their last bout, Laconia defeated Fall Mountain (Langdon, NH), 3-0, in a league bout.
