Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Sage Ridge Scorpions (Reno, NV) and the host Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage Rams (Yerington, NV), observed Sage Ridge's volleyball squad notch a victory over Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Sage Ridge improves its record to 6-8 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Excel Christian (Sparks, NV) to encounter the Warriors in a 1A Western contest on Thursday, October 16. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 4-7. Excel Christian lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV)

In their next game, the Rams face the Excel Christian Warriors (Sparks, NV) in a 1A Western test, on Thursday, October 23. Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage will attempt to improve on its 0-14 season record.
