The Silver Lake Mustangs volleyball team (Roseland, NE), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE)

The Bulldogs (25-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kenesaw (Kenesaw, NE). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 21-5 record. In their last challenge, Kenesaw defeated Deshler (Deshler, NE), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons (Wilcox, NE) in a D2 District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, October 19. Silver Lake will attempt to move on its 16-9 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 6-17 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE).
