Next, the Chiefs confront the Thomaston Bears (Thomaston, CT) in a Berkshire challenge, on Wednesday, October 18. Nonnewaug will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 7-0 league win over Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT).

The Warriors now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host Housatonic-Wamogo for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 18. Wamogo will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT). The Mountaineers record now stands at 8-2.
