North Carolina High School Soccer - North Stokes overwhelmed by East Wilkes

The East Wilkes Cardinals smashed the visiting North Stokes Vikings soccer squad by a margin of 6-0 in Monday's league match.

The Cardinals now sport a 9-11 record. They play next when they travel to Starmount for a Northwest 1A match on Monday, October 23. East Wilkes will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Alleghany (Sparta, NC). The Rams record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, North Stokes drops to 2-10 on the season. The Vikings host South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC) to encounter the Sauras in a Northwest 1A match on Wednesday, October 18.
