The Southbridge Pioneers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Abby Kelley Foster Bears to 0 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Monday.
The Pioneers now possess a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Bernard's Central Catholic for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 18. Southbridge will meet a Bernardians team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to St. Paul (Worcester, MA). The Bernardians record now stands at 1-12.
The Bears (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Bay Path RVT (Charlton, MA). The Minutemen enter the Colonial game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, Bay Path RVT defeated Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
