Connecticut High School Volleyball - Griswold over Bacon Academy

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT) and the host Bacon Academy Bobcats (Colchester, CT), saw Griswold's volleyball squad beat Bacon Academy by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Griswold upgrades its record to 9-6 on the year. The Wolverines host Law (Milford, CT) to play the Lawmen in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 18. The Lawmen go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Law won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Career Magnet (New Haven, CT)

The Bobcats now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host East Lyme for a Eastern Connecticut - Large bout on Wednesday, October 18. Bacon Academy will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Fitch (Groton, CT). The Vikings record now stands at 13-2.
