The West Point Pointers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines to 0 in the Pointers league victory on Monday.

The Pointers now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middlesex for a Tidewater game on Tuesday, October 17. West Point will meet a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Northampton (Eastville, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 17-2.

The Wolverines (0-10) will now prepare for their game against King & Queen Central (King & Queen Court House, VA). The Royal Tigers enter the Tidewater game with a 3-15 record. In their last game, King & Queen Central was dropped by Essex (Tappahannock, VA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
