Virginia High School Volleyball - Fairfax crushed by Woodson

The Woodson Cavaliers topped the visiting Fairfax Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's league test.

The Cavaliers now have a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South County for a Patriot test on Wednesday, October 18. Woodson will confront a Stallions team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 2-11.

The Lions (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins enter the Patriot test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, Lake Braddock was knocked off by West Potomac (Alexandria, VA), 3-1, in a league test.
