In Monday's non-league battle, the host Lawrenceville Indians volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Red Hill Salukis.

The Indians (18-13) will now prepare for their battle against Marshall (Marshall, IL). The Lions come into the Little Illini battle with a 9-20 record. In their last battle, Marshall achieved victory over Tuscola (Tuscola, IL), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Salukis clash with the Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 17. Red Hill will attempt to advance on its 3-21 season record. The Golden Aces come into the battle with a 19-11 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Wayne City (Wayne City, IL).
