The Lincoln Fighting Zebras volleyball team (Lincoln, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA)

The Bruins (14-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA). The Miners enter the Foothill Valley League challenge with a 13-27 record. In their last challenge, Nevada Union defeated Oakmont (Roseville, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Zebras meet the West Park Panthers (Roseville, CA) in a Foothill Valley League challenge, on Wednesday, October 18. Lincoln will attempt to move on its 4-24 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 16-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Placer (Auburn, CA).
