Virginia High School Volleyball - Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology over Annandale

Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials (Alexandria, VA) and the host Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA), observed Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology's volleyball team top Annandale by a count of 3-0.

The Colonials (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lewis (Springfield, VA). The Lancers enter the National contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Lewis notched a victory over Justice (Falls Church, VA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Atoms battle the Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA) in a National contest, on Monday, October 21. Annandale will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 4-10 record after their 3-2 league loss to Hayfield (Alexandria, VA).
