The GALA Goddesses tipped the visiting Dymally Challengers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Wednesday's league game.
Next up, the Goddesses confront the Harbor Teacher Monarchs (Wilmington, CA) in a game, on Monday, October 21. GALA will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Monarchs enter the game with a 11-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Hawkins (Los Angeles, CA).
The Challengers (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Port of Los Angeles (San Pedro, CA). The Polar Bears enter the game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Port of Los Angeles held off Harbor Teacher (Wilmington, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
