In Wednesday's league outing, the host Damonte Ranch Mustangs soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Carson Senators.
The Mustangs (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Douglas (Minden, NV). The Tigers go into the 5A Northern - Sierra outing with a 1-14 record. In their last outing, Douglas was edged by Wooster (Reno, NV), 2-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Senators confront the Wooster Colts (Reno, NV) in a 5A Northern - Sierra outing, on Saturday, October 19. Carson will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Colts go into the outing with a 11-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Douglas (Minden, NV).
