Next, the Seahawks face the Lejeune Devil Pups (Camp Lejeune, NC) in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A contest, on Monday, October 21. Southside will attempt to advance on its 12-7 season record. The Devil Pups enter the contest with a 8-5 record after their 2-0 league win over Jones (Trenton, NC).

The Hurricanes (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against East Carteret (Beaufort, NC). The Mariners enter the Coastal Plains 1A/2A contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, East Carteret was overwhelmed by Southside (Chocowinity, NC), 3-2, in a league contest.
