In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Sherman Tide soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Scott Skyhawks.
The Tide (12-5) will now prepare for their outing against Poca (Poca, WV). The The Dots go into the non-league outing with a 14-5 record. In their last outing, Poca got by Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV), 7-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Skyhawks confront the Logan Wildcats (Logan, WV) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 19. Scott will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 6-10 record after their 1-1 non-league Scott (Madison, WV).
