The Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Abingdon Falcons (Abingdon, VA), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Cavaliers now possess a 16-0 record. They play next when they host Fleming for a Blue Ridge bout on Thursday, October 17. Lord Botetourt will clash with a Colonels team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Northside (Roanoke, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 1-16.

With the loss, Abingdon drops to 14-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Ridgeview (Clintwood, VA) to clash with the Wolfpack in a Mountain 7 bout on Tuesday, October 22. The Wolfpack come into the bout with a record of 19-0. Ridgeview won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Gate City (Gate City, VA)
