The Ewen-Trout Creek Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Ontonagon Gladiators to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Panthers now have a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Watersmeet for a Freelance outing on Thursday, October 17. Ewen-Trout Creek will play a Nimrods team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lake Linden-Hubbell (Lake Linden, MI). The Nimrods record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Ontonagon drops to 5-13 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to L'Anse (L'Anse, MI) to play the Purple Hornets in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 31. The Purple Hornets come into the outing with a record of 8-11.
