In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Memorial Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Ferris Bulldogs.

The Tigers (8-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Union City (Union City, NJ). The Soaring Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 14-3 record. In their last challenge, Union City beat Bard (New York, NY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Bayonne Bees (Bayonne, NJ) in a Hudson County - Coviello battle, on Thursday, October 17. Ferris will attempt to improve on its 8-12 season record. The Bees go into the battle with a 12-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Dickinson (Jersey City, NJ).
