In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Wolves volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Loudonville Christian Eagles.

The Wolves (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Cobleskill-Richmondville (Cobleskill, NY). The Bulldogs enter the Section 2 Western - Northern challenge with a 2-7 record.

Next, the Eagles meet the Duanesburg Eagles (Delanson, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 18. Loudonville Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 9-17 record after their 3-0 league win over Berne-Knox-Westerlo (Berne, NY).
