The St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays (Eunice, LA) volleyball knocked off the visiting North Central Hurricanes (Lebeau, LA), 3-0 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Fighting Blue Jays now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they host Welsh for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 17. St. Edmund will clash with a Greyhounds team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Crowley (Crowley, LA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, North Central drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Elton (Elton, LA) to clash with the Indians in a Division V District 2 bout on Monday, October 21. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 2-17.
