In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Langley Saxons volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the George C. Marshall Statesmen.

The Saxons (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against McLean (McLean, VA). The Highlanders go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, McLean gained a win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Statesmen now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Herndon for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 21. George C. Marshall will face a Hornets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Langley (McLean, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.
