Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC), 3-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Leadership Academy moves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC) to clash with the Bobcats in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A test on Tuesday, October 21. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 0-11. Piedmont Classical lost 8-2 in their recent league test against Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC)

The Cardinals now sport a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Clover Garden School for a non-league outing on Friday, October 17. Cornerstone Charter will play a Grizzlies squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 13-3.
