In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Weymouth Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 win over the Walpole Timberwolves.

The Wildcats (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Needham (Needham, MA). The Rockets enter the Bay State - Carey outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Needham tipped Milton (Milton, MA), 1-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Timberwolves clash with the Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 21. Walpole will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record. The Wamps come into the test with a 2-10 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Dover-Sherborn (Dover, MA).
