South Carolina High School Volleyball - Saluda overwhelmed by Batesburg-Leesville

The Batesburg-Leesville Panthers topped the host Saluda Tigers volleyball squad by a margin of 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Panthers now possess a 16-18 record. They play next when they travel to Strom Thurmond for a AA Region 2 outing on Monday, October 20. Batesburg-Leesville will play a Rebels team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, Saluda drops to 6-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Pelion (Pelion, SC) to confront the Panthers in a AA Region 2 game on Monday, October 20. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 9-15. Pelion won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Silver Bluff (Aiken, SC)
