John Paul II Golden Warrriors (Ridgeland, SC) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Trinity Collegiate Titans (Darlington, SC), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Golden Warrriors (14-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The come into the non-league challenge with a 20-8 record.

Next, the Titans face the Laurence Manning Academy Swampcats (Manning, SC) in a SCISA AAAA Region III test, on Monday, October 20. Trinity Collegiate will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record. The Swampcats go into the test with a 0-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Wilson Hall (Sumter, SC).
