With the win, Lunenburg Central upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Chargers travel to Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, October 24. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Prince Edward County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Nottoway (Nottoway, VA)

The Knights now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Amelia County for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 18. Buckingham will play a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cumberland (Cumberland, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 9-4.
