Virginia High School Volleyball - Edison can't hold off Hayfield

In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Hayfield Hawks volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Edison Eagles.
The Hawks (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Falls Church (Falls Church, VA). The Jaguars come into the non-league battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, Falls Church nudged Lewis (Springfield, VA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 20. Edison will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record.
