The Benton Tigers (Benton, LA) volleyball overcame the visiting West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA), 3-0 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Benton upgrades its record to 10-11 on the year. The Tigers host Parkway (Bossier City, LA) to face the Panthers in a Division I District 1 outing on Tuesday, October 18. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 7-15.

The Rebels now own a 9-15 record. They play next when they travel to Beau Chene for a non-league outing on Monday, October 17. West Monroe will face a Gators squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Byrd (Shreveport, LA). The Gators record now stands at 2-7.
