With the win, Charlotte Catholic upgrades its record to 16-4 on the year. The Cougars host East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to play the Eagles in a Southwestern 4A outing on Tuesday, October 18. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 16-8. East Mecklenburg won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC)
