North Carolina High School Volleyball - East Wake Academy over NCSSM: Durham

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC) and the visiting NCSSM: Durham Unicorns (Durham, NC), saw East Wake Academy's volleyball squad beat NCSSM: Durham by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, East Wake Academy upgrades its record to 14-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC) to play the Firebirds in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 18. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 20-1. Falls Lake won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC)

The Unicorns now own a 9-7 record.
