The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) and the host Portales Rams (Portales, NM), saw Texico's volleyball squad nip Portales by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Texico upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Estancia (Estancia, NM) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 2. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
The Rams now own a 1-2 record.
