The Carlsbad Cavemen soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Clovis Wildcats to 2 in the Cavemen league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Cavemen face the Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) in a 5A District 4 contest, on Saturday, October 21. Carlsbad will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Coyotes enter the contest with a 1-13 record after their 4-0 league loss to Hobbs (Hobbs, NM).
The Wildcats now have a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hobbs for a 5A District 4 contest on Saturday, October 21. Clovis will face a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 league win over Roswell (Roswell, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 10-6.
