The Carlsbad Cavemen volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Clovis Wildcats to 1 in the Cavemen non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cavemen now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roswell for a non-league game on Thursday, October 19. Carlsbad will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-6.
The Wildcats (7-8) will now prepare for their game against Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Hobbs was nudged by Roswell (Roswell, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
