Texas High School Volleyball - Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy can't hold off Austin

The Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy Warriors volleyball team (El Paso, TX), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX)

The Panthers (11-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Irvin (El Paso, TX). The Rockets come into the 4A Region I District 1 challenge with a 7-16 record. In their last challenge, Irvin nudged Bowie (El Paso, TX), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Bowie Bears (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, October 20. Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy will attempt to move on its 14-12 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 5-22 record after their 3-0 league win over Harmony Science Academy (El Paso, TX).
