Texas High School Volleyball - Elgin crushed by Bastrop

The Bastrop Bears prevailed the visiting Elgin Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bears now have a 18-22 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Creek for a 5A Region III District 23 test on Friday, October 20. Bastrop will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Georgetown (Georgetown, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 7-23.

The Wildcats (3-29) will now prepare for their test against Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX). The Panthers enter the 5A Region III District 23 test with a 9-28 record. In their last test, Pflugerville gained a win over Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX), 3-1, in a league test.
