The Rockingham County Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles to 0 in the Cougars league victory on Tuesday.

The Cougars now have a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southern Guilford for a Mid-State 3A game on Wednesday, October 18. Rockingham County will meet a Storm team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC). The Storm record now stands at 14-9.
