The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Butler Lynx (Chicago, IL) and the host Thornridge Falcons (Dolton, IL), saw Butler's volleyball squad beat Thornridge by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Butler upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year.
The Falcons now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Bloom for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 19. Thornridge will play a Blazing Trojan squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL). The Blazing Trojan record now stands at 13-14.
