In Tuesday's league contest, the Edinburg Bobcats (Edinburg, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting La Joya Coyotes (La Joya, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Bobcats battle the Edinburg North Cougars (Edinburg, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 31 contest, on Saturday, October 21. Edinburg will attempt to better on its 24-15 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 25-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to Pharr-San Juan-Alamo (San Juan, TX).

With the loss, La Joya drops to 1-24 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Economedes (Edinburg, TX) to battle the Jaguars in a 6A Region IV District 31 contest on Saturday, October 21.
