Texas High School Volleyball - Venus routed by Ferris

The Ferris Yellowjackets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Venus Bulldogs to 0 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 22-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennedale for a 4A Region II District 10 game on Friday, October 20. Ferris will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-23.

The Bulldogs (5-30) will now prepare for their game against Godley (Godley, TX). The Wildcats enter the 4A Region II District 10 game with a 25-6 record. In their last game, Godley defeated Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
