The Storm go into the bout with a record of 9-16. Hopkins County Central lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Caldwell County (Princeton, KY)

The Braves now own a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to Crittenden County for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 24. Union County will play a Rockets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 15-13.
