California High School Volleyball - Independence edged by Hill

The Hill Falcons held off the host Independence 76ers volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.
The Falcons now have a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedmont Hills for a BVAL - Santa Teresa East test on Thursday, October 19. Hill will confront a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 7-14.
The 76ers (3-16) will now prepare for their test against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Pirates enter the BVAL - Santa Teresa East test with a 7-15 record. In their last test, Piedmont Hills was nudged by Hill (San Jose, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
