Connecticut High School Volleyball - Waterbury Career Academy edged by Kennedy

The Kennedy Eagles held off the host Waterbury Career Academy Spartans volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Eagles now have a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crosby for a Naugatuck Valley test on Thursday, October 19. Kennedy will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-13.

The Spartans (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT). The Crusaders enter the Naugatuck Valley test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Holy Cross held off Wilby (Waterbury, CT), 3-0, in a league test.
