Texas High School Volleyball - Paris edged by Sulphur Springs

The Sulphur Springs Wildcats held off the host Paris Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Wildcats now have a 20-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pittsburg for a 4A Region II District 15 test on Friday, October 20. Sulphur Springs will confront a Pirates team coming off a 3-1 league win over Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 10-27.

The Wildcats (21-13) will now prepare for their test against North Lamar (Paris, TX). The Panthers enter the 4A Region II District 15 test with a 26-11 record. In their last test, North Lamar was nudged by Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX), 3-2, in a league test.
