The Thrive Academy Bulldogs topped the visiting South Plaquemines Hurricanes volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Iberville for a Division V District 3 test on Wednesday, October 18. Thrive Academy will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Baker (Baker, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-10.
The Hurricanes (2-14) will now prepare for their test against John Ehret (Marrero, LA). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 14-10 record. In their last test, John Ehret gained a win over Bonnabel (Kenner, LA), 3-0, in a league test.
