Virginia High School Volleyball - Meridian can't get by Langley

The Langley Saxons edged the visiting Meridian Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Saxons confront the McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA) in a Liberty game, on Monday, October 21. Langley will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record. The Highlanders go into the game with a 15-0 record after their 3-0 league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).

The Mustangs (5-10) will now prepare for their game against Herndon (Herndon, VA). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 5-9 record. In their last game, Herndon nudged George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA), 3-1, in a league game.
