The Foothill Mustangs edged the host Johnson Warriors flag football team by a score of 7-6 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Florin Panthers (Sacramento, CA) in a Greater Sacramento League challenge, on Tuesday, October 22. Foothill will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 39-6 league loss to Armijo (Fairfield, CA).
The Warriors (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairfield (Fairfield, CA). The Falcons enter the Greater Sacramento League challenge with a 17-4 record. In their last challenge, Fairfield held off Burbank (Sacramento, CA), 50-6, in a league challenge.
