The Blue Demons (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Lord Botetourt notched a victory over Fleming (Roanoke, VA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Spartans battle the Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 19. Salem will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 3-13 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Staunton River (Moneta, VA).
