Boquet Valley Griffins (Elizabethtown, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY), 10-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Boquet Valley advances its record to 8-6 on the campaign.

The Patriots now have a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plattsburgh for a non-league test on Friday, October 18. AuSable Valley will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 2-2 league Northeastern Clinton (Champlain, NY). The Hornets record now stands at 8-2.
